Very nice genuine WWII British cap badge, 5th Battalion (Cinque Ports), Royal Sussex Regiment.

As part pf the British Expeditionnary Force in 1940, it participated in the Battle of France and was evacuated near Dunkirk in May 1940.

In 1942, it participated to the Battle of El Alamein.
