Genuine WWII British I Corps shoulder patch, printed version. Intended to be worn on the sleeve of the battle dress blouse.
I Corps took part in the battle of France in 1940, after which it was evacuated at Dunkirk.
On June 6, 1944, it has under its command the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division (Juno Beach), British 3rd Infantry Division (Sword Beach) et 6th Airborne Division (Pegasus Bridge).
