Nice genuine WWI British Pattern 1907 bayonet, designed for the Lee-Enfield No. I Mk III rifle (SMLE) and fitted with walnut grips.
The ricasso features initials GR (Georgius Rex) under the crown, along with markings 1907 (pattern) and various test, reception and inspection stamps.
Blade length: 17.1in. Locking mechanism is in working order.
Quite good overall condition; comes in its original scabbard.
