Genuine WWII US Army half shelter tent, of the early type.

Manufactured by Dade Awning Company in Miami, Florida and dated 1943.

As part of his issue, every GI had a shelter-half, usually rolled into the M1928 haversack's pack carrier. A two-man tent could be pitched by buttoning two similar pieces together.

Very good overall condition despite a small tear; comes along with its three-part mast.
