Quite good, used condition.
Overall dimensions: about 31.3in x 16.7in x 11.4in.
The various inscriptions painted on the outer surfaces indicate that the present chest once belonged to some Henry J. Broemsen of the American Red Cross.
Henry James Broemsen was born on July 20, 1909 in Wheeling, West Virginia and went on to serve as the American Red Cross Field Director of the 8th and 10th Armored Divisions, among others. He passed away on January 2, 1968.
