Genuine WWII US Report of Delinquency, dated May 1st, 1945, drawn up following a traffic accident that occured in Montebourg, Normandy on the same day and involving Private Guido Quattro, ASN 31067154, 787th Petroleum Distribution Company. The report indicates that the latter had no accident report form in his vehicle.
