- operator's license issued in 1941 at Camp Folk, Louisiana;
- motor vehicle operator's permit issued on December 13, 1944 and valid for every single type of vehicle in service;
- cigarette purchase permit issued in 1944 at Fort Knox, Kentucky;
- motor vehicle operator's license issued at Fort Knox, Kentucky in 1944;
- business card indicating his occupation (professional gunsmith).
Percival Newton Churchill was born on December 17, 1909 in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts and joined the US Army on February 10, 1941. He was discharged as a Lieutenant Colonel on April 17, 1946 and passed away on February 25, 1984.
