Genuine WWII US Army dog tag, issued to Herbert C. Johnson, officer's ASN O-441940, vaccinated against tetanus in 1943, blood type O, Protestant.
Herbert Clifford Johnson was born on July 4, 1906 in Pittsburg, Kansas and joined the US Army on March 22, 1942. Being a physician, he went on to serve in the Medical Corps and deployed to Europe. He was discharged on March 26, 1946 as a Major and passed away on September 10, 1954.
