Nice genuine WWII US Navy personal identification tag, issued to Amidon, Harry Lucius, service number 557-00-87, blood type A, vaccinated against tetanus in November 1943.
Harry Lucius Amidon was born on December 7, 1899 in Westmoreland, New Hampshire and joined the US Navy on August 10, 1943, prior to being posted to the Naval Construction Training Center at Camp Peary, Williamsburg, Virginia as a Chief Electrician's Mate. He passed away on February 4, 1990.
