Frank William Berdikoski, Jr. was born on January 31, 1918 in Little Rock, Arkansas and joined the US Army Air Corps on November 27, 1942. He went on to serve with 55th Fighter Squadron, 20th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force and was discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He passed away on December 4, 2011.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
