Horace Jerome Bosso was born on June 12, 1903 in St. Louis, Missouri and joined the US Army on November 20, 1942 (ASN 37399252). He was discharged on April 16, 1943 as a Private and passed away on November 2, 1977.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
