Genuine WWII US M1936 field bag, OD 7 canvas, manufactured by Kadin and dated 1944. Issued in lieu of the haversack to officers and other personnel such as airborne troops and armored crews.
Excellent overall condition. Name A.H. Barben and officer's ASN O-542189 have been stenciled on the flap.
Arnold Henry Barben was born on July 19, 1905 in Watertown, New York and joined the US Army on December 22, 1943. He went on to serve in the Corps of Engineers and deployed to the China-Burma-India theater of operations. A recipient of the Bronze Star, he was discharged on August 14, 1946 as a Major and passed away on March 22, 1978.
Genuine WWII US insect repellent bottle, 6-12 formula, manufactured by Carbide and Carbon Chemicals Corporation, New York. Used by medics and as found in various First Aid kits.
Bottle is full and unopened, straight from the box.

Rare genuine WWII US Army shoulder patch of the China Combat Command. Cotton thread, 100% period made.
Created in 1944, its mission consisted in providing supply to the Chinese resistance.
Genuine WWII US Army khaki webbing suspenders, with adjustable straps and hooks. These were intended for carrying the pistol belt or cartridge belt, as well as the M-1936 canvas field bag. Manufactured by S. Froehlich Co. and dated 1942.
Quite good, worn condition. The lower straps are kept in place with adhesive tape, while the following markings appear on the inner side of one of the two suspenders: John J. Haley 1st. Lt. CE .
John James Haley was born on September 14, 1916 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and went on to serve in the Corps of Engineers during the Second Wolrd War (officer's ASN O-79835). He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after the Vietnam War. He passed away on July 2, 1988.

Genuine WWII US Army canteen, manufactured by A.G.M. Co. and dated 1944.
Various inscriptions have been stamped on both sides -- name William Lewallen and mention Burma 1944 appear on the outer face, while name Jerry and year 1946 can be seen on the inner face.
Quite good overall condition; complete with its original top and chain.
YANK magazine,May 4, 1945 issue, 'Ledo-Burma Road', on the front cover of which appears a young Chinese boy greeting an American supply convoy somewhere on the China-Burma-India theater of operations.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
