George Casley Foss was born on December 5, 1921 in Lee, Maine and joined the US Army on November 9, 1942 (ASN 31222317). He went on to serve in Europe, was discharged on February 10, 1946 as a Technician 5th Grade, and passed away on April 4, 1993.
