Genuine WWI US Army M1910 canteen, manufactured by A.G.M. Co. in 1918, retainings its aluminium cup hallmarked F. & C. and dated 1918, too.
This lot comes in its original canvas cover, manufactured by Foley Mfg. Co. and showing an interesting modification: the bent-wire hook has been replaced with a loop cut in some white parachute harness; name Paul Harmon has been written on both the cover and the loop.
Nice homogeneous set in quite good, used condition, found in Normandy.
