Manufactured by Collins & Co. and dated 1942; black bakelite grips.
Comes in some leather scabbard, manufactured by Alpco in 1942 and initially designed for the 22-inch machete -- the tip has been shortened and name Pavey was carved on the front.
Homogeneous set in quite good, used condition, found in Normandy.
