

Genuine WWII US Marine Corps Women's Reserve visor hat, Forest Green, intended for being worn by Other Ranks with the Winter Service Dress. This cap is in quite good, worn condition and retains its buttons, cord and Eagle, Globe and Anchor insignia.
The above-mentioned hat comes along with some USMCWR dog tag issued to Leube Myrtle, service number 764168, vaccinated against tetanus in April 1944, as well as a khaki cloth sewing case containing various insignias -- a pair of USAAF male officer's collar insignias, a 1st Lieutenant rank insignia, and two sets of ribbon bars made up of the American Campaign Medal and WWII Victory Medal ribbons. Name M.I. Leube has been inked under the flap of the sewing case.
Myrtle Isabella Leube was born on October 14, 1917 and joined the USMCWR on April 3, 1944. She was discharged on February 20, 1946 as a Sergeant and passed away on July 18, 2010. She was buried under her spouse's name -- Felicijan.
