Rare genuine WWII Free French Forces of the Interior cloth insignia, theater-made.
The present patch is made up of a white cotton cloth shield, on which three vertical rayon stripes have been sewn together -- blue, white, and red.
Initials FFI have been stenciled on the front of this assembly, and some ink stamp is visible on the middle stripe. A large safety pin is still attached at the rear of this badge.
Good overall condition.
