Nice genuine WWII US Army M3 gas mask, connected to the M10A1 canister with a creased hose. Manufactured by APC and dated 1944. Universal size.
This type was issued to glider troops and glider pilots on the occasion of Operation Overlord.
The present gas mask is complete and comes in its original OD 7 M6 carrier, along with a protective cover and some expendable acetate eyeshields.
Homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition.
