Nice genuine WWII US Army M3 gas mask, connected to the M10 canister with a creased hose. Manufactured by Goodyear and dated 1943. Universal size.
This type was issued to glider troops and glider pilots on the occasion of Operation Overlord.
The present gas mask is complete and comes in its original OD 7 M6 carrier, along with its anti-dim cloth and an M1 waterproofing kit.
Homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition.
