Canteen, German, WWE-MMK, 1938-1939, Complete

Genuine pre-WWII German regulation field canteen, of the standard 27-oz type. Aluminium bottle manufactured by WWE and dated 1938, aluminium screw cap manufactured by MKK and dated 1939.

Complete with original felt cover, leather strap -- pin buckle and snap hook both in working order -- and black bakelite cup.

Homogeneous set, in good overall condition.
