Nice genuine WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured by Carl Eickhorn in Solingen and dated 1942.
Serial number 5994 K is clearly visible on the ricasso. Bakelite grips. Locking system is in working order. The blade has been particularly well preserved.
Comes in its original steel scabbard, also bearing number 5994 K, along with a blackened-leather bayonet frog which has been slightly damaged by rodents.
Rare homogeneous set, in good overall condition.
