Nice genuine WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured by E.u.F. Hörster in Solingen in 1939.

Serial number 576 h is clearly visible on the ricasso. Bakelite grips. Locking system is in working order. The blade has been particularly well preserved.

Comes in its original steel scabbard, along with a blackened-leather 1st type bayonet frog; markings stamped on the scabbard are identical to those present on the blade (E.u.F. Hörster and 576 h).

Rare homogeneous set, in very good overall condition, both bayonet and scabbard have been camouflaged with paint.
