Genuine WWII US Army officer's visor cap, retaining its cap badge, leather chinstrap and buttons. The name tag still present inside indicates that it once beloned to some Captain Robert E. Currier, serving in the Artillery.
A khaki cotton cloth garrison cap (chino), featuring the black and gold piping intended for officers and adorned with a Captain rank insignia, comes along with the above-mentioned hat. Various markings have been written or inked inside, including name Currier R.E.
Homogeneous lot in good, worn condition. Both hats correspond to size 6 7/8.
