- a dog tag of the early production type, issued to John Livingston, ASN O-1546170, vaccinated against tetanus in 1941-1942, blood type A, Protestant, with coordinates of his next-of-kin -- here, his mother;
- a trousers belt buckle, on the front plate of which the caduceus has been engraved above name John Livingston, hallmarked Solid Brass - Made in USA at the back;
- a chain bracelet bearing name John Livingston and ASN O-1546170, featuring mentions Sterling and Med. Adm. C. at the back -- clasp is in working condition.
John Livingston was born on April 5, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on November 2, 1990.
