Grouping, Pfc. Jack Meyer, Co. I, 301st Inf. Regt., 94th Infantry Division, ETO
Rare genuine WWII US Army grouping, which belonged to some Private First Class Jack C. Meyer, Company I, 301st Infantry Regiment, 94th Infantry Division, made up of the following items:
- Bronze Star in its original case; name Jack C. Meyer has been engraved on the reverse;
- a first Purple Heart, on the reverse of which name Jack C. Meyer has been engraved, coming in its original case along with ribbon bar;
- a second Purple Heart, bearing ASN 35216948 and year 1944 under name Jack C. Meyer, also coming in its original case.
Some 94th Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia completes this nice homogeneous lot, in good overall condition.

He went on to serve with Company I, 301st Infantry Regiment, 94th Infantry Division and deployed to Europe, where he was wounded twice -- in July 1944 and March 1945. He was discharged on January 16, 1946 as a Private First Class, and passed away on December 25, 1989.
