Rare genuine WWII US Army grouping, which belonged to some Technician 4th Grade Bruce J. Lowden and includes the following artefacts:

- pair of dog tags issued to Bruce Lowden, ASN 3923999, vaccinated against tetanus in 1942 and 1943, blood type O, Protestant, retaining their original bead chains;
- Bronze Star coming in its case along with ribbon bar and lapel badge -- name Bruce Lowden has been engraved on the reverse;
- Purple Heart coming in its case along with ribbon bar and lapel badge -- name Bruce Lowden has been engraved on the reverse;
- Good Conduct Medal coming along with ribbon bar and lapel badge;
- Presidential Unit Citation featuring a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster;
- Combat Infantryman Badge hallmarked Sterling.

A set of four veteran badges completes this great homogeneous lot, in excellent overall condition.

Bruce John Lowden was born on April 30, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois and joined the US Army on May 18, 1942 (ASN 39239999). He was wounded by shrapnel in the legs in September 1944, and later discharged as a Technician 4th Grade. He passed away on December 29, 1990.
