Genuine WWII USM3 trench knife, manufactured by Utica, hallmarked on blade and featuring the Ordnance Department flaming bomb stamped on pommel cap.
Comes in its original USM8 bakelite scabbard of the early, hookless type, hallmarked B.M. Co. Snap fastener of the securing strap is in working order.
Nice homogeneous set, in good overall condition.
The present artifact comes from a significant collection built up by a Norman collector in the last thirty years.
