Genuine Vietnam War US Army Medical Department emergency medical tag booklet. The tag was to be filled with the sick or wounded soldier's basic information, and then tied to his clothes thanks to the iron string intended for this purpose, while the carbon copy remained attached. This tag booklet was carried by all medics. Revised June 1, 1962.
