Liner, Helmet, M1, Capac, Camouflaged, Green A Washers

Genuine WWII US M1 helmet liner of the synthetic resin-coated, compressed fiber type manufactured by Capac. The outer surface has been entirely covered with a nice and four-tone camouflage, apparently painted with a spray gun -- light green, apple green, khaki, and brown. 

Original cotton web suspension still present with early WWII OD-painted A washers.

The double stamp means the liner is WW2 and refurbished for the KW by Capac.

Good, worn condition.
