Genuine WWII US Army M1 helmet liner of the synthetic resin-coated, compressed-fiber type manufactured by Westinghouse.
The outer surface has been adorned with the 94th Infantry Division insignia on both sides (decals); the one located on the right-hand side was once covered up with another insignia, hardly identifiable.
Retains its khaki cotton web suspension, and blackened-brass A washers.
Quite good, worn condition.
