Very nice and scarce genuine WWII US Navy Aviator's Individual Kit, intended for USN and USMC pilots and aircrews.
Designed for carrying a first-aid kit, this two-compartment HBT pouch features a belt loop and two snap fasteners -- both in working condition. The flap is adorned with a red cross above mention US Navy. Stock No. S2-1063.
