Rare genuine interwar period US Army Medical Department emergency medical tag booklet, to be carried by every Medic. Authorized June 22, 1920, it was used in the MTO in 1942-1943.
Each tag was to be filled with the sick or wounded soldier's basic information, detached and then tied to his clothes thanks to the string intended for this purpose, while the carbon copy remained attached.
The present booklet is in good overall condition and retains most of its blank, untouched tags.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
