Genuine WWII US Army long and short canvas strap, intended for the medical pouch which contained various bandages and first-aid accessories -- different types of supplies could be carried, depending on the personnel's position.

The pouch could be carried as a single musette bag or as a pair, thanks to a specific suspender.

Complete and in quite good overall condition; snap hooks are in working order.
