Booklet, Tag, Medical, Emergency, EMT, 1940

Scarce genuine WWII US Army Medical Department emergency medical tag booklet, to be carried by every Medic. Dated October 25, 1940.

Each tag was to be filled with the sick or wounded soldier's basic information, detached and then tied to his clothes thanks to the wire intended for this purpose, while the carbon copy remained attached.

The present booklet is in very good overall condition.
