Nice genuine WWII US Army OD 3 medical pouch, intended for various bandages and first-aid accessories -- different types of supplies could be carried, depending on the personnel's position. This model could be carried as a single musette bag or as a pair, thanks to a specific suspender.
Three red crosses have been painted on the outer surface, while some laundry number has been inked under the flap.
Quite good, used condition; retains its short canvas strap.
