Genuine WWII US Army M1 helmet, front seam and swivel bales, manufactured by McCord -- shell number is illegible.
The outer surface features an interesting camouflage scheme, applied in light green paint; a white horizontal bar adorns the rear of the shell, indicating that the latter once belonged to some NCO deployed in Europe.
Quite good, worn condition.
