Filter, Binoculars, MC-430, for SE-11 Signal Lamp (M-227)
€95.00
Tax included
Genuine WWII US MC-430 red filter for the SE-11 Signal Lamp Equipment, issued to Parachute Infantry Regiments (one per Rifle Company on D-Day) as stated in TO/E 7-37.
This type, which was also used by Navy Beach Battalions during the Normandy Campaign, could either be carried as a rifle, thanks to the M-341 gunstock, or mounted on a tripod -- in this case, remote control was possible by linking the M-227 signal lamp to the J-51 manipulator via the CD-701 wire.
Complete and in very good overall condition.
