Scarce genuine WWII US Army HBT camouflage trousers, featuring two cargo pockets with buttoned flaps, and two buttoned tabs for adjustment of legs (missing here). Intended for being worn with the matching jacket, the present type was issued very sparingly in the ETO. As far as the Normandy Campaign is concerned, the 41st Infantry Battalion, 2nd Armored Division is the most salient example, but elements of the 2nd and 30th Infantry Divisions also wore this specific piece in actual combat conditions.
Excellent overall condition; complete with all buttons. Size: 32 x 33. The lower part of the legs has been cut off so that leggings could be worn.
