Nice genuine WWII US Army M1941 short windbreaker jacket, windproof and water-resistant cotton poplin with flannel lining, of the standard regulation type issued to every branch of service in most theaters of operations.
In excellent overall condition, the present field jacket retains all original buttons and Talon zipper in working order. Size seems to correspond to 40R. Number 2L-3688 has been inked on the reverse of the button flap.
