Nice and rare genuine WWII US Army HBT camouflage jacket, featuring two large breast pockets with buttoned flaps.
Intended for being worn with matching trousers, the present type was issued very sparingly in the ETO. As far as the Normandy Campaign is concerned, the 41st Infantry Battalion, 2nd Armored Division is the most salient example, but elements of the 2nd and 30th Infantry Divisions also wore this specific jacket in actual combat conditions.
Very good overall condition; retains all original buttons.
