

Exceptional genuine WWII US Army grouping, which once belonged to some First Sergeant Joseph Miksovsky, Company B, 320th Engineer Battalion, 95th Infantry Division, and includes the following items:
- truly amazing corpus of personal photographs, comprising dozen of original prints as well as many negatives;
- typed roster and information guide of the aforesaid company;
- 'Ike Jacket' retaining the following insignia: 95th Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia, First Sergeant rank stripes, U.S. and Corps of Engineers collar discs, and two Overseas Service Bars; label is dated June 9, 1944, size 38L;
- 'Special' khaki cotton shirt, adorned with the 95th Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia, First Sergeant rank stripes, and 'Ruptured Duck'; size 15 ½ x 34;
- two standard khaki cottons, one of them featuring the above-mentioned shoulder insignia, rank stripes, and Overseas Service Bars;
- V-neck sleeveless sweater;
- two khaki cotton neckties;
- 'Special' Herringbone Twill overshirt, showing painted Sergeant stripes on both sleeves; size 38R;
- OD wool garrison cap fitted with the Corps of Engineers red and white piping;
- three khaki cotton garrison caps, two of them featuring that same piping;
- M1936 pistol belt;
- pair of M1938 leggings;
- pair of OD wool gloves;
- service dress leather belt with brass pin buckle;
- leather money belt;
- standard regulation duffle bag, made by Champion Canvas Supplies, Inc. and dated 1945;
- denim barrack bag.
Name Joseph Miksovsky, laundry number M-0769 and ASN 36350769 have been written or stenciled on many of these clothes and accessories.
Joseph Miksovsky was born on December 19, 1909 in Chicago, Illinois and joined the US Army on June 17, 1942. He went on to serve with Company B, 320th Engineer Battalion, 95th Infantry Division and deployed to Europe. He was discharged as a First Sergeant, and passed away on March 25, 1998.
