The present jacket retains the following insignias: 1st Infantry Division shoulder sleeve insignia (early production version), U.S. and Infantry collar discs (respectively adorned with number 18 and letter L), Combat Infantry Badge, medal ribbons (WWII Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with five Battle Stars), Service Stripe, and fourragere of the French Croix de Guerre.
