Scarce genuine WWII US Navy MAB waterproof radio set, manufactured by Communication Company, Inc. This transmitting and receiving equipment was intially designed for the Paramarines but soon became popular with most branches of services in the Marine Corps.
The radio set is made up of the following parts:
- 1 canvas carrying bag;
- 1 watertight bakelite box containing the transceiver itself and the battery;
- 1 pair of headphones (skull cap included);
- 1 microphone with a switch button;
- 2 telescopic antennas.
Homogeneous set, in very good overall condition, complete with all wires and original instruction book.
