Genuine WWII US Navy officer's cap, to be worn with the gray cotton twill uniform. Authorized in April 1943, the 'battleship gray' color was intended for providing better camouflage aboard vessels, and was only produced during one year.
Very good overall condition, complete with original cap badge, chinstrap, buttons, and stiffener.
