Genuine WWII US Navy can of cellulose dope, manufactured by Interchemical Corporation in Cincinnati, Ohio and dated June 1942.

This type of coating was used for weatherproofing and hardening the various fabrics on which it would be applied.

Contents: ¼ gallon (about one liter).

Quite good overall condition; seems to retain some of its original contents.
