Helmet, flying, Summer, Type A-8, With Receiver R-14, Medium

Superbe genuine WWII US type A-8 summer flying helmet manufactured in khaki gabardine. It still has its readable label in size Medium. Delivered with complete receiver R-14 with PL-54 plug. 

Standardized on 12 October 1933 initially for the USAAF this helmet with leather chin cup was also used by paratroops not only during training but also in combat zone.
