Genuine WWII USAAF Type B-6 leather flying helmet, intended for aircrews and particularly for bomber crews. This wool-lined headgear was also worn by some paratroopers during the Battle of the Bulge.

Quite good, worn condition; complete with chinstrap -- pin buckle is a bit rusty but still in working order.
