Nice and scarce genuine WWII US Marine Corps acid-etched dog tag, which belonged to 2nd Lieutenant W. A. Coonrod, blood type B, vaccinated against tetanus in July 1941. Finger print on the reverse.
William Angle Coonrod was born on October 18, 1918 in Carterville, Missouri. He went on to serve with the 2nd Marine Regiment and deployed in the Pacific, particularly on Guadalcanal.
