Genuine WWII US Army motor vehicle first-aid kit, 24-Unit, of the large type intended for various troop carriers, armored vehicles and other tanks.

This is the early production version, showing no specific number. Number 97771 was introduced in 1942 and became 9777100 in March 1944, prior to being superseded by 9-221-100 after the war.

Quite good, used condition; all hinges are in working order.
