Genuine WWII US M1942 bayonet for the M1 Garand rifle, manufactured by Oneida Limited (see hallmark OL on one side of the ricasso) in 1942 and subsequently shortened by Union Fork & Hoe (hallmark UFH on the other side).
This type was redesignated M1 in March 1943.
Good overall condition; comes in its OD bakelite scabbard.
